Wristbands must be purchased in the office. Wristbands are $20 each for everyone over 5 for the duration of your stay.

Parking passes must be purchased at the office for $25 for the duration of your stay.

Only 4 people are allowed on golf cart at a time. It is against the law to not be buckled in seat belt. This is an LSV (low speed vehicle) and the laws are the same as a car.

There is a ring camera on the door of unit for security and deliveries.
